Improve yourself through EFOH!

Most occupational health professionals working in practice are interested in international developments and networking with fellow professionals from other countries. We are all aware that health care for workers outside our own countries exist, but how does it actually work? Is it better than ours? What can we learn from it? And what can we offer our international colleagues?

The European Forum on Occupational Health (EFOH) organizes high quality international level courses. EFOH offers several courses designed for European occupational physicians.

EFOH is supported by several national societies of occupational medicine.
 
The Section Occupational Medicine of the European Union of Medical Specialists (more info: http://www.uems-occupationalmedicine.com) is supporting this initiative. The Section has asked the representatives to spread this letter to their members.

Also, the European Association of Schools of Occupational Medicine (more info: http://www.easom.org,  president Dr Med Giso Schmeisser) pleads for higher quality Continuous Medical Education (CME) and is delighted with this initiative from EFOH.

Why?

Of course, there are numerous national courses in each European Country and there are international courses and conferences for researchers and scientists. However, there are very few international courses and meeting events for practitioners. The EFOH is now able to offer you, as practitioner in Occupational Health and Safety, the opportunity for an international experience.
